Precision Optical Component Alignment and Assembly Station

  • Diagnostics and Conformance Analysis Services for optics/lenses
  • Non-contact measurement alignment
  • Focal and confocal distances of up to 99 elements
  • Visible diode laser beam measures tilts as small as 2 arc seconds
  • Centration accuracy (linear) of less than 0.5 microns
  • Optical-sensing head handles virtually any size lens assembly up to 600 mm vertex-vertex

Included workspace:
